Not getting Updates on my S10+

It's 2021 and still My s10+ is running on One UI 2.0,

I have done factory reset and still no updates can anybody help. Getting the same msg everytime I try to update

Phone model number matches but Won't there be any problem for the life of phone if we install via Odin?

Yes, Smart switch provides firmware upgrade for unlocked devices.
It is safe to upgrade using odin and firmware from sammobile but remember to only download the firmware released by Verizon and then upgrade using odin. An unsupported upgrade can brick your device (Disable network).

Okay I have unlocked Verizon S10 + , i.e any sim works now.., I have already downloaded Odin and firmware for my model number but after I update would it reqire only Verizon sim or any sim would work, as in India there is no Verizon network, Thanks

Hi. If you state that it's unlocked Verizon then I think any sim should work. But i cannot tell for sure. It'll obviously be a risk. A hit and try maybe..

download latest firmware from here and install via odin..but check your phone model first..

S10 series is going to receive OneUi 3 on 21 January. But, the latest version is OneUI 2.5 on the S10. you should visit service centre.

Service wont help you as its not an Indian handset.
