Not able to update.

Hi, I have a galaxy s20 plus and currently it is running on android 12, the update for it is available but when I try to update it the following error appears,

" Connecting to server"

 "Registration failed"

How can I update it, please someone help.

Yes officially available, samsung smart switch also shows an update, but when I even search for it on phone it gives registration error.

If official available then update your phone nothing other method use for update

If official update available and you facing that type of issu then please copy your data and hard reset your device and then update your phone
