Hi I am trying to register for the one UI 3.0 beta program, when I enroll it gives me a pop up saying it takes close to 10 mins for registration, but I have waited for a day and still the registration is not complete and I am unable to get the OTA update , is any user facing similar issue and let me know if it was resolved ?

We request you to kindly send us the error log file along with the Video or Screen-shots within 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. As this will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
already sent a error report and seems like technical team nor the customer support is aware of the beta program, very poor service and knowledge by Samsung
