Not able to hear any bgm when uploaded to WhatsApp status in S20 FE.

I'm not able to hear anything when I upload videos edited with my S20 FE. I added a BGM which I downloaded from web. I had a similar experience when I screenrecorded a video and try to share it. But it's possible when I share it to someone and they send me back. Is it possible to fix this ?

In which audio format the BGM Is edited maybe its not supported BGM by either your or the 2nd person's device ( eg flac etc audio are not supported by most devices)

It's MP3 file and the video output is MP4.

Then most probably the audio have broken codes

It's working when send to someone in telegram and save it from there. Is the problem with WhatsApp or S series phone because I've seen a similar post from Jan by an s21 user.

No the issue is not with the handset.
The issue is with your whatsapp or the video file codecs.
The same issue was happend with me as well and I found the issue with video file itself.
When i downloaded same video from another website the issue was not there.
So try this and do not blame S series or Samsung 😉

But I found this problem facing on S series models only. And the video I mentioned was captured by this mobile. I didn't download it.

But how can I send the log file in 15 min as I'm getting the instructions after 15 days?
