Not Updating to Android 10

Hello members, i have S9 Plus, and its been an year i received last update to my phone. My phone still running running Android 9 with one UI 1.0, i tried contacting to customer support still nothing happened. Help me to out to update my phone to latest version.

I recommending the following method given that you have tried every other method including (but not limited to ) Going into settings and using system updater, factory reset etc. And that your phone isn't a locked handset like AT&T, Verizon and t mobile etc.
Note: this will wipe all your data. only do this as the final and final resort
Download the latest, correct firmware for your phone from sammobile, samfirm tool or samfw. Search google on how to flash stock firmware on Galaxy S9 plus and follow all the instructions and OneUI 2 should be installed

Will i receive the future updates from Samsung after custom firmware?

This wouldn't be a custom firmware. this would be still official firmware so you will receive updates.
Just be sure to download from the website I specified.

just install respective firmware from sammobile and flash using odin.
