Senior manager of Samsung team...
I told this issue to everyone.. They are blaming each other that they are responsible...

Galaxy SI done hard reset...
Factory reset....
Clean firmware flash by fetching it from.sammobile..
Even service center flashed it 3 times...but all are in vain :(
It is not helping :(
