Not Receiving Software Updates on Samsung Galaxy S23 (SM-S911U)

Dear Samsung Support,

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 (SM-S911U, XAA unlocked). My device is currently on build S911USQU6DYD9 (April 2025 patch) and has not received any updates since, even though newer versions like S911USQS7EZB6 (March 2026) are available.

I am using the phone in Pakistan with a local SIM. Could you please explain why I am not receiving OTA updates and if there is any official way to enable them?

I prefer to receive updates through the system update feature instead of manual methods.
