Not Getting Software Updates On My S21 Ultra

I'm using Japanese variant S21 Ultra and it's still on August security patch, it's way too slow in getting ota updates. I'm impatiently waiting for One ui6, but I'm not even getting security patch update.

If you have already tried checking manually through settings >> Software update >>Download and install the visit nearest Samsung service center.

Or you can install latest firmware. May b it's the region problem. Like some sort of carrier lock.

The software update was supposed to be released since December 2023.
