Not Fair release to Loyal clients

Iam a samsung client since the galaxy S1 and on every release i preorder the phone and wait for it to be delivered, but in the past 3 years i started noticing that the phone it hitting the shelfs of the black market the second day of the release with even a lower price than the Samsung shop preorder one. But this year its totally disappointing, we preordered and waiting the delivery but the phone is already in the market with 900 Dhs less. 
What's your comment!!

This is really valid complaint of genuine Samsung fans. I hope Samsung takes action so that this is doesn't happen again.

I agree with you about the price. But most of these phones are intended for other countries, not for the Middle East. Most of them are already flawed and do not support all services.

They are marked with TDRA logo. Which means it's for UAE.

Thank you for looking into this matter and having the time to reply.
I know that you can't control the prices of the black market but at least you can control releasing the stock to them until all pre-orders are over to not to feel that we got robbed by Samsung immediately. And note that the all the unites they are selling are genuine and under 1 year warranty. It has nothing different from the one you sell in official shops.
