Noon App not working on S23 Ultra

Hi Friends is anyone experiencing issues with the Noon App, it suddenly stopped working on my S23 Ultra, i tried to uninstall and reinstall it but still not working, anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Is a phone issue or Appa issue?

If you use vpn, it doesn't work

I did not use the VPN, but anyways it just started working again, thank you.
