No use of gorilla glass in Samsung galaxy s10 mobile

I  got issue in display , too minor scratch on mobile due to free fall on floor with height of 40 cm from bed. After one week, mobile have many problems like finger print issue , on off and white strip on down to screen. Now service centre of Samsung is not provide free service while mobile is under warranty and charging 15k rs money for display change. I have purchase mobile around 20 April 2019. Within short period  , I have to pay 15 k for display. What is use gorilla glass for me. Shame on Samsung mobile. I am also requesting to people , please use screen guard as Samsung is 

fooling and getting money from such service while mobile is under warranty. 

Now I am thinking, why I have purchased so costly mobile if there are provide better service and making excuses. I can buy three or four mobile of other company with few less feature.

i dont think..any company covers such damage in warranty...you have to keep in cover for protection..

then what is use of gorilla glass. if it can not bear small height fall from bed. that glass including extra cost in mobile which is not providing security except propaganda for gorilla glass from Samsung.

no company will cover damage to the screen due to falling under warranty. Gorilla glasses are dust and scratch proof and not shatter proof.

display is not shatter by the way. display has minor scratch on it. still they are saying, for no warranty

Bro, gorilla glass is not even scratch proof, that's why, screen protector is must for any phone these days plus some flip cover as it saves phone from any minor fall, like happened in your case..

I have used Galaxy S7 edge for 3 years without any protection. I screen had no scratches at all. But, I do agree with you, Gorilla 6 is prone to scratches and screen protector is a must.
