Samsung showing very bad customer service. I lost hope on oero update which has to be released by now. least expensive phones have great features and time to time update. Still my phone is running in Jan security patch update that really sucks. I'm not going to recommend Samsung and upgrading to Google Pixel series which is 1000 times better than Samsung.

I recommend other brand phones if you want timely updates, I am happy with Samsung I only bought s8 for its hardware, not for software.
