@SamsungMobileSA @SamsungSA @SamsungMobile is useless they can't tell me why my #GalaxyS21 can't receive updates since October. No monthly updates no #Android13, still no explanation. STOP TREATING AFRICA LIKE DIRT. WHY CANT WE HAVE AFTERMARKET SERVICE LIKE ANYONE IN THE WORLD?

Too bad! But the XFE version of your device is already on One Ui 5 with the November SPL.

Man thats what is frustrating 😤. We are being neglected XFA and XFV ( Vodacom) are still on Android 12 October Security patch

@DL90 if you check on any Samsung firmware download website you will find found the only code XFE has been receiving updates. The last they did on my phone 📱 was in October.

I contacted Samsung Mobile SA they told me that my phone is up-to-date with October Security patch Andriod 12 hahaa 😆 I should wait for android 13 . Probably I will get it in 2023.
