No Delivery of my Pre-Booked S26 Ultra

I am writing this with deep frustration as a Samsung loyalist who hasn’t used a phone from any other brand since 2012. My journey started with the Galaxy S1 and followed through the Note 2, S4, S5, S6 Edge, S7 Edge, S8 Plus, S9 Plus, and my current S24 Ultra.
I have been a brand evangelist for 14 years, but my experience pre-booking the Galaxy S26 Ultra has been an absolute nightmare.

I pre-booked the S26 Ultra on 9 March 2026 via AlfaMall with Muller & Phipps (M&P) as the merchant. Delivery was promised for 24 March. As of today, 5 April, I have:
  • No device.
  • No dispatch/tracking details.
  • Zero transparency.
The most disappointing part is the conduct of Samsung’s official partner, M&P. I have tried contacting them via the Phone and WhatsApp numbers provided on the sales page, but they are completely unresponsive. It is a "black-hole" system where a premium customer's money is taken, but no information is returned.
I have already registered complaints with Bank Alfalah and sent a formal email to the Samsung Pakistan CEO office.

Is anyone else facing this total silence from M&P? How can a global leader like Samsung allow its official distributor to damage its brand reputation like this?
