No Bixby and good lock in Japan region?

Am using Galaxy s10 plus in Japan that I bought in India.

I can't use Bixby voice. It says Bixby not available in your country.

Also for me galaxy store is not showing up Good lock.

Is that something i can do with settings. Well i use Japan SIM as primary and Indian as Secondary.

you tried good lock or bixby?

phones usually have regional locks... so a device purchased in India will be locked out of some features in other regions.
Either go to service centre to remove the regional lock or factory reset ur phone without the indian sim in it and set the location as Japan... ull be good to go
