Bought S23 ultra on pre-order but there are no benefits on benefit page.

Hi Fouad, took 2 days for me to reflect, was empty at first, 2nd day benefits showed up, 3rd day the Samsung Care + appeared. Try clearing the cache if you want and might help the updates to be pushed

Same here ,customer support told me care plus will appear on 1st of March

Hello, as per the policy and stated on the website, points earned will appear 14 days after receiving the device and order is marked complete.

No access to any free subscriptions

The phone was supposed to be released on the 17th,but due to early deliveries, those are pushed manually now, one by one on each phone, same happened with me, i received it on the 4th of feb, and on the 7th i got the offers, on the 9th the Samsung care + and the points will be end of month, same also as last year, little patience and everything will be received. Else you can always call samsung and file a complaint, but you will hear the same answer.
