No August Security Patch for S24 Ultra till now

August month is about to end in just 6 days and I haven't received the August security patch update till now, and it's not a story of just this month, every month I receive updates on my Galaxy S24 Ultra almost by the end of the month. So, being an owner of the latest flagship, and spending my hard-earned money I expect timely updates every month and Samsung should do something about this issue. It's been 4 months since I've been using this phone and not a single month have I received timely updates and that's not just me but others as well who own the S24 Ultra. If that's how Samsung treats it's flagship customers I don't see a point owning them in the future. Really disappointed by this and Samsung needs to fix this if they want to retain their customers.

They don't care about our complaints for mena region so better for us to avoid buying samsung insecure phones for the next purchase.

No replies and no excuses.. they will only -if even reply- will tell us how to check for updates because they think we are dumb and to be patient..

That's sad to know after spending so much on a phone. That's why people here opt for iPhones rather than Galaxys.

I did the same never was much a apple fan till now I have a iPhone 15 pro max 1 tb and everything is so much better and apple has customer support at all apple stores samsung you call in and get no place with them my s 24 ultra was the worst device I ever owned I trashed my 1 tb s 24 ultra titanium blue I have no regrets at all trashing the s 24 ultra I got me upset way too much lets say its in pieces gone..

all they want is your money after you buy them but not me anymore after you buy them you left out in the cold apple your not apple has 100% better customer service and support and apple stores you can take them too if needed samsung has nothing just to rip you off..and them annoying google apps and samsung apps update every day or other day and still no fix for camera on s24 ultra nothing august was supposed to have a ui 6.1.1 update and camera fix or enhancements since may nothing yet,, glad I went back to my iPhone pro max 1 tb

Its shocking that my 4 yr old S20 has received August security patch while my latest S24U hasn't received the same.. considering its almost end of the month now!

There is no point whatsoever in receiving the August update at this point. Samsung is preparing September updates by now. I regret ever purchasing a samsung device. Honestly considering selling it for the next iphone 16. Apple actually cares about its customers.
