No August Security Patch for S24 Ultra till now

August month is about to end in just 6 days and I haven't received the August security patch update till now, and it's not a story of just this month, every month I receive updates on my Galaxy S24 Ultra almost by the end of the month. So, being an owner of the latest flagship, and spending my hard-earned money I expect timely updates every month and Samsung should do something about this issue. It's been 4 months since I've been using this phone and not a single month have I received timely updates and that's not just me but others as well who own the S24 Ultra. If that's how Samsung treats it's flagship customers I don't see a point owning them in the future. Really disappointed by this and Samsung needs to fix this if they want to retain their customers.

Older models are getting the security patch updates earlier than the latest models.

Maybe it is because they have to work on Ome UI 6.1.1, and 7 for hundreds of devices

Yeah, I get what you're saying. If that's the case, then shouldn't they be the ones updating their community page about it? That way, what you said would be a fact instead of just an assumption. Right?

We will accept once you treat us differently..

We are not happy with last week's updates, and we will not accept it anymore.. we are comparing our self as customers with other regions and with other brands like Apple.. FAAAR AWAYY

Customer services need too much work and improvements too .. People asking where the update is, but we are facing your ignorance every time. 

Updates have to be on time in the 1st week or the first 10 days maximum.

Well Samsung, first, we of course know how to check for security updates on our devices. Second, it's not about receiving or not receiving updates. It's about receiving updates on time. As we customers pay a huge amount out of our income to buy such expensive handsets of your brand we expect that these timely updates reach us early. It's something you have to deliver and you have to take care of as we chose you and you are indirectly proving our choices wrong. After this, I expect timely updates for everyone who owns your flagship devices and pays you a significant amount of money for a better and hassle-free experience must be delivered.

usa California here still nothing here but my device was tossed out the window on the freeway I got tired of it gone samsung 4 good them ui7 are a bunch of lies 4 get it..its pathetic pixel 9 has android 16 in June 2025 samsung is dated out and way behind
