It's not available yet in Galaxy/Play store.But you can sideload apk from Sammobile.com .

For Galaxy themes, check directly..and for Samsung health wait for few more days or download apk files from sammobile

just now I have been checked for themes and updated it but I couldn't able to see night mode, how to find out, could help please
