New information reveals One UI 7 status for Galaxy S23 series

It's  February 2025, and Galaxy smartphone users (except for the Galaxy S25) are eagerly waiting for the ... One UI 7 update. Galaxy S23 is on Samsung’s priority list for the Stable One UI 7 update, and a new report shows that the update is almost here.

A tipster discovered a new One UI 7 build for the Galaxy S23 series on CheckFirm. The build S91xBXXU7DYB2, an upgrade from the previous version ending with DYA6, indicates that the stable One UI 7 update for the S23 is just around the corner.

Do note that CheckFirm listings don’t guarantee an upcoming firmware’s arrival. The entries change frequently and can also be influenced by extractors. Take this input as a grain of salt while waiting for the official update.

One UI 7 might even arrive with the February 2025 security patch, which would make it even more secure for users. Also, the new build suggests that Samsung is actively preparing to start the One UI 7 stable rollout for Galaxy devices.

Although Samsung hasn’t given a specific date for the release, this new build suggests they’re working regularly to roll out One UI 7. The Galaxy S25 series already launched with One UI 7, so we can assume the Galaxy S23 series will be next in line.

I think samsung is pushing it's customers to move to other brands. The way samsung treats its customers, makes them wait for a way way way long time for software updates, then launching the updates according to regional basis. No other brand does this. Atleast upto this limit no brand does this.
