Stop buying samsung device. S25 series purchasers should note that the S24 series is still awaiting its first promised update. Given the commitment to seven years of updates and the failure to deliver the first within the initial year, future update reliability is questionable. Their treatment of loyal customers is unacceptable; this practice must end.
