So 4th beta has been released earlier as compared to the gap between 2nd and 3rd. Meanwhile it includes few updates Nd improvements. Mainly to the gestures and flickering issue. Heating issue haven't been noticed maybe they are still optimizing consumption- performance ratio. Can expect the update in India within 1-2 days as beta are region independent update.
