Galaxy s10 lite.
If I turn on mobile data and play any YouTube videos .its max definition is 480.
But in wifi it supports 1080.

Why it's not supporting HD video in mobile data .
Is this with all s10 lite ?
Can anybody help please.

this is not a network issue. the video quality is limited currently by the operator and service provider to control the internet traffic data currently in this pandemic because of high data usage.

if this satisfy your concern please click on 3 dots and accept it as a solution.

hd streaming is alright in wifi connectivity. its streaming in 1080p.
so,I am just wandering that the video quality is limited for mobile data only??
can you please clear that first?

yes because quality is limited by service provider you must be using like airtel, vodafone, jio, etc. they have limited the quality temporarily. but would work on wifi as that is not controlled by service provider.

It's to avoid high load on mobile networks during these hard times, it will come back to normal after the situation comes back to normal.
