Network issue

WhatsApp calls are acting up; it keeps saying "reconnecting," even with good internet. It shows "calling" but never rings, yet they get a notification after I hang up.

Hello. It might be unrelated, but Meta is having a global outage according to news reports. So that's Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp. See the news link below:

Ok. If you're in a country that allows VPN connections can you try making a call while connected via a VPN?

It could be that VOIP calls are being blocked/interrupted by your network. That happens in some countries.
