Anyone have network issue? after updating android 12 on s21 ultra

Hi Soorajranni, try to reset network settings.
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Sorry to hear that. Please can you try one more thing, try to switch your network mode to LTE instead of 5G
