i don't think so, its also depends on service providers, area of network.

As a expert what's your opinion should i buy exynos model or snapdragon model? I mean s20 Fe or s10lite 😂

i think s20 fe also will have Snapdragon
by the way always give priority to Snapdragon

Well i have Samsung S10+ and my wife is using Oneplus 7. We both are using Airtel postpaid, in my phone is shows 1 network bar and in her phone she gets most of the time full signals. I have swapped the Sim also but same results. However, if I do speedtest some times Snapdragon SoC gives better network speed on some speedtest app. The way Exynos implementation for network signals is different than Snapdragon, but I don't see huge difference in network speed or voice clarity in calling but certainly network bar reception shows diff. Now take it with a pinch of salt if Samsung implementation is correct than Snapdragon is fooling customers by showing more network signals or vice versa
