Galaxy S
Hi, after updating my S25 Ultra, I've noticed that the charging speed is extremely slow. When I connect the charger, it initially shows "fast charging" and estimates 55 minutes to full charge, but after a few seconds, the full charge time changes to 3 hours 50 minutes or similar. I have tried different original cables and charging ports but noticed the same issue.
Note: I'm using the brand-new cable that came with the original mobile and a 100% original charger. The issue seems to be software-related.
Question: Is this a trick to put bugs on mobile so people consider purchasing new model devices? Or its a temporary software bug ?

Hello, I understand the issue. The problem can be found only after using another charger or cable. The charger and cable is 100% genuine as you claimed but there can be damage on the inside due to low or high voltage.
The best thing is to try your charger and cable on another samsung phone.
Take another charger and cable from your family member or friend and try it. (Your charger + the other cable and then your cable + the other charger), if the issue is still there then let me know and I will guide further.
Do this with your phone and with the other phone and see the results.
Sometimes the wire is not recognized as charging cable but a transfer cable and it can happen to anyone
