NEED SOME MORE FEATURES IN ONE UI

Hey guys my samsung galaxy s8 is currently running on one ui beta 3 ant its really good than beta 1 and beta 2.
But we need some more features from samsunv one ui
1=change the app opening animations you still stuck zoom animation like android jelly bean or whatever it was we need app opening like pixel 3 or oneplus oxygen os 9.0
2=we need pixel pill navigation gestures on our phone
3=we need more smoothness it still lagging 
4=hey you added a dark theme but it was not that good the grey bars in night mode is not cool please change the colour please or only make outlines

I dont think these changes will be made since the official version for Note 9 and S9+/S9 doesn't have them
