After the update my S23 has stopped responding to my fingers, it only works with my screen pen. Any thoughts?

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

What update did you install that your S23's screen has stopped responding to your fingers?

Is it a software update (Android 14 One UI 6.0/6.1), an app update...?

It's after updating to 6.1
Samsung believes that it's the Google app (search app) that's causing the bug so you can see my message below for the screenshot solution

Unfortunately, you can't uninstall a software update. There is no direct way to do that. A risky way is to download the previous version of the software for your phone from a website and then flash it to your phone. It's risky if you don't know what you are doing. There are tutorials on YouTube on how to downgrade the software of your Samsung phone if you really want to go that way.

They've acknowledged it and working on a fix but they've offered a temporary fix in the meantime. Open the screenshot. 1712610422214.jpg
