My screen broken

Am now tourist in Dubai and my S21 ultra screen broken, would Samsung could pick my phone to repair and drop back to me in same day or I have to drop it at the store.

You'll most probably go to a Samsung store. There are stores in most of the malls here in Dubai so head right to them.

Give them a call about your warranty before you go to one of the Samsung branch also it will take less than 2 days.
