Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern regarding fast charging on your Galaxy S24 Ultra. We understand how inconvenient it is when charging takes longer than expected, and we would like to assist you.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check charger and cable: Ensure you are using the original Samsung charger and cable that support fast charging. Third‑party accessories may not deliver the required power.
  2. Verify fast charging setting: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings and confirm that Fast charging is enabled.
  3. Test with another charger: If possible, try a different Samsung‑certified fast charger to rule out accessory issues.
  4. Clear cache partition: Power off your device > Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears. > Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
  5. Safe mode test: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is interfering with charging.
Inspect charging port: Even after cleaning, check if there is any visible damage or looseness in the port.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a full inspection. You can locate your nearest center here: Samsung Service Centers.
