I was using s21 plus and it had the one ui 7 but after I switching to the s23 ultra, can't seem to receive the update. Location Southern Africa

Am equally facing the same problem. I bought my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra online from the USA 3 weeks age and it's still running android 14 as well while that of my friend is already updated to android 15 right here in Zambia. Will i ever get updated to android 15?
