My galaxy s 22 ultra doesn't bring software updates what could be the problem

Which updates? Play System Updates? Blocked by Samsung, probably until they drop OneUi 8.5 which could be anywhere from March to May depending on your region. You can't really expect answers if you don't include specifics...

It's stack on android 14

That's friggin weird, it's supposed to get OTA updates up to Android 16 and OneUi 8.5. If you're not getting a notification to update and if you get "Your system is up to date" when you check via the "Software Update" option in Settings, your best bet would be to contact Samsung Support.
