My s20 plus is heating up too much in 120 hz mode even when left idle

My phone s20 plus exynos version is updated to the latest software and still when i use it at 120 hz it heats up too much and is sometimes even hot to touch 

What should i do 

This has been happening forever since i bought the phone i even got it checked at service centre and still is heating up pretty bad

I bought it for 45k, i thought i got very good deal.
But sometimes 2015 model sony xperia z5 take more sharp pictures than this.
Even sd 810 had batter battery life

Seems like Samsung has given heating feature in all Samsung flagship devices

Its a known issue with OneUI 3.1. I am also waiting for an update to fix this since OneUI 2.0 there was no heating.

So we will have to worry about background apps and performance even in your 78k flagship devices? My last oneplus which was of 35k performed better than your flagship
