Your phone has a setting where it uses either random Mac or physical Mac. This applies to wifi connectivity. You can not lose your phones physical Mac address. If it set to Randomise it will keep changing, in my instance my work wifi requires my physical mac to be set if I want to connect to their network. If it's set to randomized it will show me invalid Mac etc.

You have to turn on Bluetooth, WiFi, etc, to be able to view MAC addresses in Settings>About phone>Status information.

The MAC address can't be lost for no reason.

Does your phone have the original/official software installed? Check whether the software of your phone if it is official or not in Samsung members>Support>Phone diagnostics>Official software.

Are you able to use Samsung apps that are tied with knox security, like the Secure folder, Samsung Pass, Samsung Health, etc... and do you get an error when you open those apps?

To restore the MAC address to your phone, take your phone to an authorised Samsung service centre.

Turn on Bluetooth, you should see the MAC address under Bluetooth address... Turn on WiFi to see Phone WiFi MAC address...
