Hi 👋
If the phone is working fine (screen, touch, camera, speakers, charging, etc.), the sound you hear when shaking could be normal. Modern Galaxy devices (including the S25 Ultra) have small moving components like the camera lens module or OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) system. These parts are designed to move slightly, and you may notice a “click” or “rattle” when the device is shaken.

How to check:

Open the Camera app → Switch to Photo/Video → Half-press or move the phone → If focus and stabilization are working normally, the sound is from the OIS, which is safe.

Run Samsung Members → Diagnostics → Camera / Sensors to verify hardware health.

If you notice any issues like:

Camera not focusing properly

Distorted sound from speakers

Charging or performance problems after the drop.

…then it’s best to visit a Samsung Service Center to get it checked, as a drop can sometimes loosen internal parts.

Thanks for your reply but i think the OIS not working properly

Hi 👋
Thanks for updating me. If you feel the OIS isn’t working properly, here are a couple of quick checks you can do before visiting service:

1. Camera Focus Test → Open Camera → Point at text or an object → Tap to focus → Slightly move the phone. The image should adjust smoothly without blur.

2. Video Stabilization Test → Record a short video while walking. If you see strong shakes/jitters instead of smooth stabilization, OIS may not be working.

3. Samsung Members Diagnostics → Open Samsung Members → Support → Diagnostics → Camera to check hardware health.

If these tests confirm abnormal behavior, the safest option is to visit a Samsung Service Center so they can run a full hardware calibration or repair.
