My new s24 ultra have some serious bugs

I just bought the S24 Ultra, but I'm facing some

issues. Can you guys tell me if these are common

issues or if my device has a problem?

1. I'm unable to use the back gesture on Snapchat.

Whenever I try to go back, it doesn't work

2. The navigation bar doesn't work properly on the

home screen. When I swipe right, sometimes it

shows different apps, but other times it doesn't

respond.

Can anyone help me? I went to the service center, but they just reinstalled the software, and nothing

changed.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
