My experience with s20 plus after one month use

- Good UI, fresh look of software. Sound quality is good. Colors are good. Camera is a gimmick, better than many but not as clean as Huawei Mate 20 Pro

- average product design, oneplus, MI are doing better for a lesser cost.

- Poor hardware for a flagship phone - Exynos **bleep**. Its not even at par with couple of previous releases of snapdragon. 

- Battery backup is lull. Charging required atleast 2 times in a day

- Overheating is a serious issue. Heats up while normal browsing as well as while charging

- super fast charging is a gimmick. Takes 1 hr 15 mins on an average. Time to charge as shown is not accurate.

- Even if you complain of battery issues, they will ask you to turn of always on display, Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, auto sync, lower brightness, no 120 hz, and so on. What did I buy the phone for then if I do not use its features.

- lower performance than two year old oneplus or huawei flagships. This is 2020.

Just imagine if this is the state of their flagship, how bad their mid or lower range phones would be. They are just encashing their big brand name, but the consumers are getting into specs now

main reason is exynos processor.
agree with you my 2 yr old oneplus 6 is still beast in performance

Even Huawei is not snapdragon but believe me they are comparable and miles ahead of Exynos
