Dear Samsung,  why is it that all most of your previous flagship phones Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8 and S9, S9+ and Note 9 bear 4gig of Ram and 6gig of Ram respectively as well as a powerful processor but can't have the latest software update and  the One UI3.0 but this mid range phones can have all the latest update despite its small Ram and processors. Aside all these, up till date the price of the past flagship phones is higher than the latest Samsung mid-range phones. Can't you do anything about it since Customers are getting bored with the way you control your software system. Check iPhone 6s. It is still rocking the latest iPhone OS 13.7 and you can testify to the year such phone was released.  Please Samsung, we love you so do listen to your customers too and help us enjoy some of the latest OS. Thank you!

Actually it's their policy to give only 2 major updates that's it nothing else and they don't even consider them again.. From now on it may change according to new policy.. Hope so..

Flagship phones update cycle shouldn't be 2 years like budget phones. Give us one ui 2.0 from s8 onwards.
