Hi there,

For the Bluetooth issue:

Kindly check if the devices are out of range, or aren't in pairing mode. Try resetting your devices, or having your phone"forget" the connection and then reconnect.

For the Wi-Fi issue, kindly try the following:

1. Preform a soft reset: Press and hold the power and volume down buttons on your device for around 10-15 seconds. Your device will restart. Try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

2. Check your settings:

* Swipe down twice from the top of the screen to open your quick settings.

* Make sure that the Wi-Fi setting is turned on.

* Make sure that the Airplane Mode setting is turned off.

* Make sure that Power saving mode is turned off.

3. Check your Wi-Fi network: Next to the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect to is an icon which indicates the strength of the signal. Having a weak signal may cause connectivity issues. If you are receiving a weak signal, try moving closer to the Wi-Fi source and connect again.

4. Forget the Wi-Fi network: Go to Settings ~ Tap Connections ~ Tap Wi-Fi ~ Tap the Settings icon next to the Wi-Fi network you are having trouble with ~ Tap Forget ~ Try to reconnect to the network again by tapping the network and entering the password, if required.

5. Try to connect to other devices.

6. Try to connect in Safe Mode:

* Press and hold the power button or button combination you use to turn off your device until the power off screen appears.

* Tap and hold the Power off icon until the option for Safe mode appears.

* Tap Safe mode.

* Your device will restart and open in Safe mode. Try and connect to Wi-Fi.

If your device is still unable to connect, it is likely that one of your apps is causing the issue. Starting from the most recently installed, you should try deleting apps until you find which one is causing the problem. You can always re-install any apps that were mistakenly deleted.

If the issues still persist, it might be technical, we advice you to visit one of our Authorized Service Centers to examine your device in order to identify the issue and fix it for you.

You may visit the link below and enter your location in the search box, it will guide you to the nearest Service Center to your location.

1. Select product category from the above options
