if your battery is not old enough,it is mostly due to low quality android apps that drain the battery. facebook,chrome,samsung bloatware all eat the battery

2 ampere charger is fine it its not of much low quality and complete 100 percent charging in one hour. remove apps first to check issue or factory reset.if problem persists after factory reset,your battery is not well
