I bought an S8 from UAE Activated and unboxed in India It is still at May Security Patch2b005a7e-3c01-45bd-874c-c317d5e221db.jpg

option 1 : its a known issue. Reset your phone and insert Indian SIM card just before booting up or turning on.
After that you ll be asked to reset again on the first screen[ notification pops up like new sim card & service provider apps ]
Now your CSC code ll be changed to UAE to INS
After that clear cache in recovery mode. You ll receive update in minutes.

Option 2: download Indian firmware from Sammobile.com and flash using Odin. Use Home CSC instead of CSC. Do not forget to clear cache in recovery

still once follow option 1.
I had the same problem and option 2 helped me.
do not forget to clear cache
if option 2 you need to go directly to recovery mode from downloading mode and clear cache.
google for detailed steps.

flash the latest firmware using Odin.
It's totally safe and you will receive future updates.
