Hey everyone, Is anyone else still stuck on android 13 with One UI 5.1 on their Galaxy S21 ultra? It’s literally mid-2025 and my phone still hasn’t gotten any update beyond that. No Android 14, no one UI 6, nothing. I’ve tried everything: Manually checked for updates dozens of times Tried smart switch factory reset (yes, I went that far) Phone is unlocked and not carrier-locked Software region is correct too At this point, I honestly don’t know what’s going on. I feel like this phone has just been forgotten by samsung. Meanwhile, phones that launched after and even some A series devices are running newer versions. Anyone else facing this or know what could be the reason? Or is this just the end of the road for updates for the s21 Ultra? Would appreciate any help or clarity. This is getting kinda ridiculous, thanks
