Dear all,
I have bought a S20 ultra in July 2020. Since the day i purchased it i am facing mobile data connectivity issues. It disconnects from service provider constantly. My phone came from Saudia though it is pta registered. Service center representative updated its firmware and confirmed me after detailed checking that its only software issue and after updation of firmware i will not recur. But even after updation of firmware i am still facing the same issue rhough its frequency is less. any idea on how to resolve the problem.

you may check it from samsung "Get help" menu and by clicking remote help.
