My 12 day old S20FE's screen suddenly went black

Hi.. I purchased galaxy S20FE 5G on 5th October through Amazon. Suddenly the display went black today morning. Samsung service center told me to contact Amazon customer care. Would there be a possibility of replacement? How do I go about it...any suggestions? Thank you.

While talking to customer care of Amazon kindly share the pics of the issue , that is in your case black screen

But i once talked to Samsung on whatsapp and they told me that replacement policy is valid for 10 days after that you have to go to the service center.

Press volume button down and press power button continusly. After that automatically mobile was restarted

Speak to amazon and also send error report to Samsung
