Galaxy STo address this issue , we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:
Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software-related issues. Please try restarting your device and check if the issue persist.
Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your device is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to check for any available updates.
Settings - display - navigation bar - circle to search - try to turn it of and then on
Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and check if the issue still appear.
Raise an error report from the member app.
