If I purchase an S23 Ultra from Amazon (Sold by Amazon themselves and not any seller), and it says its the UAE version or Middle East version, can I use it in US and Canada if I permanebtly move to North America without any issues? I.e. signal reception, 4G, 5G, Samsung Pay, etc.
