Modes and Routine not working properly in S23

I set a routine as daily basis if 23:30 then Power saving on and mobile network off again it 06:15 then power saving off and mobile network on.
Sometime this routine work properly and maximum days it's not working. At morning I seen the mobile network off and power saving is on after 6:30. Need to on manually.
I think it is a bug only. Nothing else.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
