Mobile started lagging badly[S9+]

Hi,

I'm s9+ user and after jan security update, my mobile started lagging badly. Even audio impacts. I can see frequent delay while playing songs or on ring tones!

why ?take backup before it ...or put photos inside computer

I cleared cache from boot but no luck
