I dont know why after the last updated i had a big issues with the mobile network sometimes it lose connection and when that happened i need to reboot my device to reconnect the device to the network and i even try to reset the network connection

Hello, 

 

- Kindly make sure to try different SIM Card on the device.
- You may perform reset network settings for the device from settings - general management - reset - reset network settings, noting that this will establish a fresh connection to your carrier's network and can fix problems a reboot can't. Resetting network settings will erase all Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections
- Connect the mobile to a computer/laptop or to a TV screen (it is important to use the mobile’s USB cable) and then turn off the phone completely, then press the power button and the volume up button together for a few seconds until the mobile logo appears.
Then release the buttons, recovery mode will appear, and then choose Wipe cache partition
(The options are navigated using the volume buttons)

See even if there is a connection but i can not use the internet

Galaxy s21 ultra was the most disappointing experience for me with any smartphone
I really don't know the problems with this phone
When i get it last year it was phenomenal but know after September update its a trash
Just keeping discounting from the carrier network and i can not use the internet unless i reboot my device or get a wifi connection
Let's say i am outside side in middle of nowhere and i really need some help like my my car battery died or some help with a flat tire and there is no way to connect to the world expect the internet and i have this problem qhat should i do??
But really Samsung now i would say i loses my faith in the biggest company in the smartphone industry

Loosing connection issues could be from many reasons

But requiring you to restart is most likely a Sim card issue
What's your phone model ?

And i try more than one sim card from twi different provided company
